Thruxton
A rolling circuit in Southern England combining some technical sections over the Western half - with the rest comprising long sweeping fast corners. Not many days held here, most organised by the circuit themselves - but there are lots and lots of experience and training days available.
Note; the circuit-organised 'track days' held here are not track days in the regular sense of the word; they are 1 hour of track time toward the end of regular experience days - but you get an instructor for the full hour. If you're after a regular track day - this probably not what you're after, but if you want an hour's instruction then it's not bad value.
